Responsibilities
  • Prospect, manage, and nurture a client list with a rapidly growing advertiser and revenue base. Create complete awareness among the advertising and marketing community of Martini Media’s assets and competitive advantages
  • Generate new business with diversified accounts. Maintain high visibility and energy in the marketplace
  • Work with marketing and ad operations organizations to develop creative solutions for clients and their agencies, and maximize sales efforts for both pitch and RFP situations.
  • Work with ad operations team to communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to advertisers/ agencies, ensure successful campaign implementation, and manage campaigns through to successful delivery
  • Provide clients/sales with any necessary campaign reporting
  • Interact with finance department in regards to client credit and billing requests/issues
  • Build strong working relationships with coworkers, customers (internal and external), and company management
  • Stay apprised of developments in the online advertising marketplace, including new ad units, technologies, and competitive developments
Required Qualifications
  • Must have at least 5 years of advertising sales experience, with at least 3 of these being online sales experience
  • Applicant needs a mature and flexible business style, able to develop and navigate complex deals. Must have creative, compelling and persuasive presentation skills, and flourish in negotiations.
  • Must have a high comfort level working in a fast-paced startup environment and desire to provide a high level of customer service to clients and agencies.
  • Ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, has the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts, works collaboratively across an organization, and possesses solid computer/technical skills

Martini Media is seeking an Operations analyst candidate who will be responsible for working with Martini Media’s top tier advertisers and internal teams to make sure campaigns are performing optimally. You will work with the team to traffic, troubleshoot and optimize campaigns. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work under pressure, be diligent on execution and extremely detail oriented, while understanding the sense of urgency inherent in working with a start up organization. The Operations Analyst candidate will be an organized, team player with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor is essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsibilties
  • Manage and service clients to ensure accurate ad trafficking, contract fulfillment and quality control across multiple website properties
  • Track, measure, and analyze the performance of multiple advertising campaigns, including creating detailed performance reports and proposing optimization strategies
  • Work directly with third party ad servers, rich media vendors, client’s, media buying and trafficking teams and internal sales staff on all elements related to creative specifications, submission and ad trafficking
  • Continuously focused on ensuring that maximum revenue is retained, as well as partnering with sales representatives and clients to increase renewal rates and advertising spend
  • Organize interdepartmental workflow to ensure that all elements are handled according to process and schedule
Job Experience
  • 1-2 years working experience in an related field
  • Ability to understand and report on advertising data and rich media, HTML and Flash advertising units
  • Experience with one or more Internet ad management or targeted marketing applications (Double-Click DART for Publishers – AdTech, OAS, Mediaplex, etc)
  • Experience with HTML, Macromedia Flash, JavaScript preferred
  • Excellent client service, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
